1. Promoter

This promotion is organised and operated by Hair Again (“the Promoter”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram).

2. Eligibility

2.1 The promotion is open to individuals: Aged 18 years or over Resident in Ireland Able to attend the Dublin event on 01.03.26 Medically suitable for a hair transplant procedure

2.2 Employees of Hair Again and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Entry is restricted to attendees of the Dublin event on 01.03.26.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter the promotion: Register for the event Attend the Dublin event on 01.03.26 Complete any required registration or sign-in process at the event

3.2 No purchase is necessary to enter.

3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. The Prize

4.1 The prize consists of: A hair transplant treatment package valued at up to €5,000.

4.2 The prize may include: Hair transplant procedure Consultation Standard aftercare

4.3 The prize: Is non-transferable Has no cash alternative Cannot be exchanged for cash Cannot be transferred to another individual

4.4 If the winner is deemed medically unsuitable for a transplant procedure, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

5. Medical Suitability

5.1 The winner must undergo a medical consultation.

5.2 Final eligibility for treatment is subject to medical assessment by the clinic and surgeon.

5.3 If deemed medically unsuitable, the Promoter may: Select an alternative winner or Declare the prize void

6. Winner Selection

6.1 The winner will be selected at random from eligible attendees, subject to the minimum attendance requirement outlined in Section 11.4.

6.2 The draw will take place after the event.

6.3 The winner will be notified via: Email or Phone

6.4 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

7.1 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to: Participate in reasonable promotional activity Allow Hair Again to use their first name, images, and treatment journey for marketing purposes

7.2 This may include: Social media Website Advertising Consent will be obtained prior to publication.

8. Travel & Additional Costs

8.1 The €5,000 value applies to the PLATINUM package only.

8.2 Flights, optional upgrades, and additional services not included in the Platinum package are not covered unless explicitly stated.

9. Liability

9.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for: Entries not received Technical failures Circumstances outside reasonable control

9.2 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of accepting the prize, except where required by law.

10. Data Protection

10.1 Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed in accordance with the Hair Again Privacy Policy.

11. General

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to: Amend or cancel the promotion Substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.

11.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law.

11.3 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

11.4 Minimum Attendance Requirement
A minimum of 20 eligible participants must attend the event for the prize draw to proceed.

If fewer than 20 eligible participants attend, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or withdraw the draw without liability.
